Teachers everywhere in NSW are slowly coming to the realisation that the carnival is nearly over.....of course we are going back to school refreshed and revitalised, but still.......we decided to milk every last drop of holiday fun, and took a ferry to Cockatoo island last Friday to the Summer Bar. Kicking off our shoes, sipping on sparkling Rose and snacking on bruschetta, we instantly relaxed and stayed until the 6pm ferry. This will be the "happy place" I go to in my mind..........
