Workout...

A few weeks ago I decided that I should add some weights into my fitness routine of yoga, walking and a daily jog around the park. I contemplated joining a gym, but decided it would be too expensive just to use a few things a couple of times a week. The very next day I varied my walk route and discovered that what I'd thought was new play equipment being built in a corner of the park was in fact an outdoor gym. Free. Five minutes from home. So most mornings since then I tether the dogs and do some weights before I take them off leash for a jog. The first time I tried the butterfly press I thought it must be a joke that the two sides would ever meet, but now I can do ten! In a row! So Paull, next time you're home, no excuses for missing your gym routine.

5 min from your home? This must be a sign!! I'd seen similar ones in the UK but didn't realize they were globalizing. Enjoy, you lucky lady!

You'll have a six pack before you know it! Maybe Beavis and Butthead can have a go too.

This looks great Cate! I was cleanng all my inside windows on Thurs - then lifting the window out of its rail to turn it and clean the other side. After doing the entire house, my arms sure knew they'd been working out!!
