Sunday, wake up to my dogs barking, go to window to politely ask them to be quiet (!), give up on idea to sleep in, stagger downstairs for papers - and find that the universe has sent me a message....

A snail would certainly be a lessen in slowing down. I'm glad you had this little reminder - it sounds as if life has been very hectic for you lately. I hope this was a lazy Sunday!!
