Recharging batteries

Two weeks school holidays have just come to an end, and despite, or perhaps because of, spending the first week at Uni, I've relaxed and recharged. The second week I revelled in not having to get up early, taking longer walks, seeing movies with friends, catching up on chores and curling up on the sofa. On Thursday I had lunch with three of my favourite people at Cafe Sopra above Fratelli Fresh. The blackboard menu changes with what is good at the markets that day so the food is fresh, delectable and often unusual - Brussell Sprout salad anybody? I loved the dressing on my Parma ham and fig salad, the meatballs were exquisite and as for the chocolate tart..............mmmmmmmmmmm.

I'll think of it as I grab a home-made sandwich next week, remembering that it is only ten weeks till my next holiday....

Hi,

I was looking through your blog, and it looks good, and it also inspires me. I sometimes reach out to bloggers and invite them to become my blog friends. So I send out comments to blogs which appeal to my blog senses per se...LOL

I hope you will visit, and if you follow me, I will follow you... :)

Hope to hear from you soon....

What a great cafe - and it would be fun to go to a place that the menu changes so often! Chocolate tart - YUM! Now it's just 9 days until the next holiday! Take care!!
